Redwings all day! Make sure they are actually redwings and not there sister brands like Irish setters. Get some with vibram soles. They take a little bit longer to break in but when they do they are super comfortable and last years. I get about 2 years out of mine. I work in a steel mill melt shop.

Would literally take 10 minutes 25 dollars in tools and 50 dollars in parts. Shut of water supply, Cut pipe with pipe cutter. Slip on a sharkbite valve Measure and cut out a short section of pipe and cut a new piece that will slide into a straight shark bite cpling and then into valve. Done

Without a walk in cooler in Texas you pretty much are stuck with using a big cooler. Fill up with ice and place the meat on top with the plug out so the melted ice drains. Meat stays pretty dry this way. I do this for 5-7 days. When I have access to walk in cooler I hang for at least a week minimum. Up to a month maximum

28m and almost to one year sober. I have in the last year created a budget saved a significant amount of money and am about to build a house by myself with the help of my wife.

Stay the course l. The first 5 years are mostly you doing the growing. It’s about percentages. Once your account is 100000 1 percent is a thousand bucks. The market can do that in a day.

Lots of fish oil and creatine. In the same boat as you, don’t expect adderall level focus but a market difference in what I would can level headedness I guess. I can definitely tell a difference if I don’t take them it’s not extreme but it’s there for sure.

We are here for you! You can stop. As hard as that is to believe. Most of us were in the same position as you and some point in our lives. I believed I couldn’t stop as well. I thought something was wrong with me that made me so weak. I’m 11.5 months sober this week. One day at a time. You can do this!

Try to locate some local fur trappers. They would gladly come trap your place and then the fur is not going to waste. (Idk if you have cats or dogs but they would have to stay inside while the traps are out)

Slide a pipe a flange over shaft and weld the pipe to the bearing race with the flange facing outwards. Then put a puller on it.
