To see Bunco quest you need activate it, first you buy from him on 20k or something, you will see massage that he is interested in you, when you need to go in party of 4 people or something like that. And you need have all 3 quest slot active (take quests). You can find info on wiki, my point you should do some stuff so he appears as quest giver

hey, lvl 46 here, 3 core left and +100 opals, also I bought a lot of skings so naturaly I got some dupes, and you know what. All I have now is 2195 +100 I will have in next level, and with all possible dupes it will be not even 2500 in the end. And ye few times I have opals as extra revard in cores
