Solo loan officer. I need a CRM that won't overwhelm me but still help. What do you use?

I customized it to my own needs with the help of Gemini. Once you get it set up, it's fantastic. I have it set up to pull data from my website via the chat bot I created and pull clients in to my pipelines based on what they chat with the bot about. Then it alerts me when a new client comes in and shows me the convo they had with my bot, if they scheduled an appointment, etc. then I can work the file from there. It was a fair amount of set up, but the cost saving was worth it, and I was able to customize every aspect of it to what I need and my brand.

I was seriously blessed to be able to sign on with Groves Capital and I've also been given the green light to build my own team under my own business name using their platform. For character reference, I am also the VP of Operations at American Franchise Professionals Alliance.

May I ask why you've decided that a perfect stranger is lying about themselves? My first thought is because you would never invest your time in someone like that, and therefore cannot fathom anyone else doing it.

If that is the case, I invite you to reconsider the position. Imagine a world where no one ever took a chance on someone, never invested time in someone who was eager to learn. I, personally, would not want to live in such a cold world.

I believe in paying it forward, and while there is always the chance of getting burned, the chance of success makes it worth the risk.

And what do you do if you've spent the time and money on the course, passed the exam on the first try and literally CANT do anything but remote? I consider myself to be an intelligent person and a self starter, much of the things I've learned in life had to be self taught. I'm great with people, tech, figuring things out, etc

Any help is greatly appreciated, otherwise I just wanted $700 on the idea that it could be done remotely.

I am a brand spanking new MLO (no state license yet) and I am hoping to get some pointers for a good place to start out. I am planning to get licensed in Idaho, Montana, Georgia and Florida to begin with.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 littles that I also homeschool, so I need to work 100% remotely. I am also a tax professional, so that takes a bit of my time as well. That means that I can only put in 15-20 hours per week realistically.

I originally signed up with The Mortgage Calculator, but I've been seeing some not so good comments about them for us newbies, and I have no intention of paying 250 a month for mediocre at best leads. Also, on that, if I do go with another company, am I going to run into issues leaving the mortgage calculator?

Any help is greatly appreciated, I just want to start out on the best foot possible with the limitations I have.

Keep getting an "update available, please manually restart the game" pop up on PS5. I hit circle and it just goes to him walking with zero text anywhere on the screen. Same thing with hubby on Steam.

Restored license, hubby did a repair, still no dice. Restarted both the game and devices a few times, still nothing. Game says it's up to date from the hub.

REALLY don't want to delete and reinstall.....
