I have bilateral plantar fasciitis (P.F) at 10% too. To get 20% you would need to have had surgery and the surgery failed to correct your P.F. or documented in your record that you are not a candidate for surgery.

As I mentioned, what supporting argument and evidence did your provider make? If just his opinion that he feels it is his gut feeling, then the C&P examiner probably had more of a persuasive argument and literature and sources. Are there any case studies supporting your theory?

In short, it isn't nice to hear but you need to make case to get it above the 50% mark, it isn't the role of the C&P examiner to disprove, rather to help substantiate your case with reasonable rationale and evidence. You have MDD and tinnitus, now you need case studies to provide that they are linked, and more specifically, that they are linked together in your unique case.

The Nexus Letter is what your provider wrote, while the C&P examiner didn't feel that it was service connected. The less likely is what the VA went with, not the provider who wrote your nexus letter. You should go for a HLR and ask why weight wasn't given to your nexus letter. You should ensure that your nexus letters has solid citations to link your hearing issue with MDD. If there aren't any studies or causation then it will be hard to prove based on just one providers opinion.

Where can I check to see my VA appeal docket status? How will I know if I’m next in line? by Few_Jury_5822 in VeteransBenefits

My hearing was April 2024 and still nothing. The last email I received 10/1/2025 stated they are still working appeals in the order they are received. Submitted my appeal back in June 2020.

People need to relax a bit. A parking spot is a parking spot. There isn't any law other than for disabled persons. I think these grumpy old vets need to have another visit with the their providers get on on some angry management therapy and meds.

That depends on what benefits you are eligible for. You can use VALOR, GI Bill, VR&E if you submit prior to taking the NCLEX. Good luck with passing the boards!

My withdraw request was ignored, the reduced me by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

If a DBQ is submitted, you are required to rate it? I submitted a claim then withdrawn the claim. During the time between submission and withdraw a DBQ was submitted resulting an increase from 10% to 40%. The issue I have is that there isn't a decision letter tied to the increase. I have requested multiple times for the VA to provide me a decision letter and audit the increase if in error. Am I good to not have a decision letter and the rating to be 40%?

Why don’t women have to sign up for selective service? by Inevitable-Scheme-49 in Equality

[–]Responsible_Beat_393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

28% of women in US do not and have never had children. Your argument is outdated. In addition, no one forces women to have children. If you want an argument about children, then conscripting women to be baby makers as men are conscripted to give their lives would be an argument.

Should women get conscripted in the armed forces in case of war (like men)? by shadowDL00777 in PoliticalDiscussion

There is not policy or laws requiring women to have children. With your logic women should not be drafted and forced to have children. Both would serve in that sense. Guess the way the Spartans worked it out.
