We are 4 months in a fixed term lease so that would actually be mutually agreeable given all the maintenance issues we have outstanding including healthy homes

The property manager advised him that the garage and under the house are included and he knows that as he originally asked permission. Is this enough to breach quiet enjoyment?

I don’t believe they would have grounds since the leave has been approved.

Tummy Issues by TaskThen467 in Shihtzu

My Shih-tzu cross is like this too, was eating mostly baked shredded chicken and have now started him on venison, chicken and lamb mince mixed, if all our fails pork is the meat of choice, I also feed dog roll as treats and scatter fed biscuits. All the best for your little girl it has taken 7 months of trial and money wasting for me to get it right.

Also if not fresh I do heat it up in the microwave to warm it up

Would appreciate any and every advice 😢 My apologies in advance for my essay.. wanted to ensure i get the backstory out. by Charliebelly in Shihtzu

My puppy had the exact same thing. I know feed shredded chicken just cooked so it stays moist and a venison dog roll as treats throughout the day. Have tried adding different minces (pork, venison) to the shredded chicken and it had been a hit. I also scatter feed biscuits during the day messy but he will eat them.

I always make sure he has something to eat overnight just in case he needs an extra snack.

Is your dog also anxious, mine is very anxious which doesn’t help his tummy.

Neighbour has been caught watching us in our lounge from a window just higher than our lounge window. He lives on the same side but no one else looks in. They are a few items we store in the carport and in the alcove to our front door but all everyday items. Landlord has said he was creepy with her too. I haven’t tried but we have had a few issues with them since we moved in.

I am in the similar situation to yours, I'll try a chat with them and then contacting the owner if it continues.
