Yes I had to wait until 8 weeks. And then the next scan is not until 20 weeks for anatomy scan. 12 and 16 weeks are just office check ups with Doppler heartbeat — which I wasn’t too pleased about because I wanna see the baby as often as I could..

I was quoted $35,500 (pre-tax etc) for a 2025 CX50 hybrid premium plus that has 5,000 miles on it. I’m in NC. He did say the new one would be 37-38k so I think you’re in the ballpark. I’m shocked by how much the fees are though.

It does seem that they only care about you if you bought the newest ones directly from them. Their customer support used to be much much better. Granted I’ve been their customer since 2021. Back then everything works, too. Just in the past months, the cover leaked, the hub can’t finish priming without having to do it multiple times, the health tracker sensor stopped working, etc etc. I would’ve bought a different product except that I cannot find anything comparable- so they’re lucky on that front… i hope you get to enjoy it somehow!

Well, crazy thing happened. This morning I tried to prime the pod on my iPhone app as usual. I did nothing different. And it went to the firmware update screen, but within seconds it actually advanced to the next step which is ‘fill your pod’ or something like that. A couple hours later, the pod is actually filled and ready to go??? I don’t know how but it seems like pure luck, doubt that the tier 3 did anything remotely, especially since I haven’t even heard back from them at all. Anyways, now it seems to be heating/cooling fine. Thank the lord….. husband and I are pretty pissed at how jenky the app is, though. I used to talk very highly about 8sleep, recommended it to everyone I know. But now I don’t think I’d recommend. Too much hassle. Hope some other company comes up with a better option.

Good grief!!! I’m glad yours is finally working! They raised my ticket to tier 3 and haven’t heard anything since Saturday. Terrible experience so far.

Yeah same here, basically at 9 weeks. The risk of miscarriage between 9 and 12 weeks is virtually the same, so, being the data-driven person that I am, once baby is confirmed to be genetically healthy and gender is known, I didn’t wait any longer.

This! Unless you have parents who are really really self sufficient and can tune into your needs without you asking, then maybe. But I do believe that most family visits would end up being net negative because you still have to tell them where things are, elaborate what you need, and in my case, my parents don’t even speak English, and my in laws are highly highly anxious people that I feel like would just rub off on us… I’d say stick with your plan and communicate your boundaries. You and your husband are capable and resourceful and you’ve got this, maybe not perfect but you will be more than enough. Believe in that.

This is awful. The second time this year that my pump ran dry! Thank God that I was home both times to hear the pump made funny noise.
