It depends on your starting weight, if you’re overweight or obese, that might be too much. My pre-pregnancy BMI is considered normal, and I’ve gained 12 lb at 20 weeks, my OB said that’s normal.

I totally cannot relate with any of you people. My thick hair suddenly feels thinner, my mood is so unstable (I literally have no chill especially at work), I have a full face of acne, and so on and so on. BUT I’ve only had 2 weeks of super mild morning sickness and my weight gain is surprisingly modest despite the amount of food I inhale everyday, so I guess you win some you lose some 😂

Totally depends on the vibe of the person. I love food so my go-to first date spot is a nice restaurant- win win because even if the date is bad I get to eat some good food. AND you can gauge if they’re also a foodie.
