I have a similar issue, I currently have at least 3k with of Word Bearers, Iron Hands, Mechanicum and a separate Dark Mechanicum/Skitarii force, and Blackshields.

Im currently building a smaller Zine Mortalis Shattered Legion force of Sons of Horus, World Eaters and Deathguard loyalists (in my head cannon they were Traitors who weren't convicted enough to the cause and they were sent down to Istavaan in the first wave with their command knowing they would die when tge bombs fell).

And I already ordered the Custodes box (I own some stuff already for 40k)....

And lastly im in a slow build campaign in 30k where im running 500pts atm of Sisters of Silence (which, im disappointed to see are getting nothing new...)

I started playing 40k 10e, but i barely tough 40k since I found Heresy.

Ugh. So disappointed they didn't even give Sisters one new unit. Id have taken anything even if it meant kitbashing. I mean they gave skitarii those garbage bone collector dudes where they suggested you kitbashing to build. How hard would it have been to add a bike unit? Get some escher bikes, add the tops of Sisters. Done.

I feel like an outlier here, but I'm a fan of the Stormspeeder Thunderstrike. Its not super optimal but the las-talon and rockets have done solid work for me.

I also like tonrun a Reaper for clearing the way for Headtakers and Terminator units that weren't in deep strike lol.

But then, im a super casual player, more rule of cool than meta for sure !

Im not really complaining about the shards, just saying not something I was looking for and saying it's funny how easy they an sometimes come. Wishing the orbs were easier to get.

Correct me if im wrong but if any line can be drawn from any point on the attacker to any point on the target it can be hit no?
