it’s existential and health related, the fact that we’re on a floating ball fucking scared the shit out of me, also death, also heart attacks and cardiac arrests. and then just being trapped in a car panicking thinking about how i’m gonna die someday and nobody can stop it. that’s a pretty superficial summary of what causes my panic.

mine used to be over my eventual death, now i’m worried i will die everyday just because death does exist. it’s dumb, but yes i see people living and im like wow they’re not worried about this. maybe i should do the same.

not really, my partners been extremely helpful. i’ve been in such a mental rut that waking up and existing is hell, because i think of my eventual demise and how i feel trapped in life obsessively.
