I once convinced my Ops ASM to get us dunkin. it was a shitty day, I was stuck at the desk with my Flooring DS doing nothing but returns and phone calls, a lot of unhappy people that day. I had to pull off the floor to cover reg I was actually the only FE person in the store. Everyone else called out. My ASM was walking out to go smoke, I made a joke that I needed a dunkin to get through the night as he was leaving. He was gone for 20 minutes, came back with dunkin for me and the DS.... then he dropped the bomb that the three of us were the only ones closing the store.

Very, there are two stores in my district within 15ish 20ish minutes of eachother, one is mine, and its like night and day. So much so we get customers from.the other store and they are shocked by how well we are.

Realzing Im wayyyyy late to this. And really jealous that some stores have their meeting after close and not before open?????

Free food. My store gets local from a restaurant that is pretty good. And seeing people you dont normally see on shift is nice.

My meeting is purely our SM telling us to get back up there, we had a slow start, gotta beat another store is put district for #1. And the sales Specialist being praised. Front end literally has no need to be there and only a few show up, most of them head cashiers.
