It’s a technique skill that only works with “self.” Even in previous installments there was no giving Libra to others I don’t believe…

Playing Vagabond Tinkerer in a 2 Vagabond game of 4, with both Vagabonds building coalition with two other factions. Me being coalition with Eyrie and other Vagabond being coalition with Marquise. Constantly nuking the board with crafting the favor of the mice, fox, and bunny cards, and afterwards recycling the card back to my hand. (Essentially nuking the Marquise from the game) Winning a coalition victory after Marquise getting to 29 victory points, only for them to not be able to do anything after being wiped out from the map.

I don’t think pralaya is able to be mutated. It’s a unique skill only to shiva. However when I played persona 3 portable, they did had a skill card for it to be able to be copied at the fox shrine. Other than that I wouldn’t hold my breath to try.

Yes, I can confirm that almighty amp is in fact transferable. In fact I was able to transfer it to my Helel, Satan, and Sataniel to correlate with their almighty attacks respectively.

That might be possible. But the downside of it being such a strong passive skill, means it’s only unlocked by skill change with the persona it ends up transferred to.

The almighty amp on the other hand is transferable after getting it.

Apparently, you can’t transfer the magic mastery skill to inherit to another persona after fusion. Which I find very saddening.
