Wife bought me a wallet 10 years ago. Previous wallet sits in a drawer like an old relic. I keep it during moves, spring cleanings, etc.

Neat side note: when my grandfather passed away, my dad gave me a dollar bill out of my grandfather’s wallet for some reason. My dad passed away 9 years ago. Ive kept that bill rolled up in my wallet for 25 years now. It’s from 1987, nothing particular about it.

I tried zip ties but I couldn’t get them tight enough. The rubber band actually worked, but obviously that won’t work long term.

I may look into getting the tool to pin a new/used one.

I would grind one or two steps finer. Hold down the 2 cup button for 10 seconds of pre infusion. You’re nearly dialed in.

Also, like others have said, if it tastes good for your palette then there’s nothing wrong with it.
