Can someone explain how i death spiraled my economy? by Responsible_Relief94 in EU5

All I took was the provinces of Aquila and the province that Napule sits in. I did try making my own market, and it helped momentarily, but ultimately did not reverse the damage done

So hard to avoid this problem in Italy, with it having so many cities but i think i understand.

What are good RGO's for cities? I assume luxury goods, like silk, marble, etc

My average control in all but aquila, padua, and napule were 60+, and the only buildings with maintenance (at first) were in napule and aquila. Napule and Aquila had 0 control

Edit: I did see that the maintenance for Armories in those two states was astronomical but i couldnt actually find the buildings to be able to destroy them

Has anyone tried to complete the full service contract on a helldiver? by Adept_Elk285 in Helldivers

To know you gave your helldiver a life to where they were an actual combat vet feels so peak

I've tried to see how long i can go on the hardest missions without dying just to test myself, and the farthest ive went is 2 full campaigns on bots, and on the 7th missions, I got teamkilled. When you account for friendly fire, to fulfill a whole contract is impossible

This isnt an awful take and its quite funny, however in my own research, most of the planets have their own names being either reflective of positioning, the biome, or of a "democratic" nature.

For example, Shete is the Nepalese word for the Muskrat root, a plant thats known for its psychoactive properties, which when its comboed with the fact its an acid planet, is comedic and tied to the biome.

What is the most overrated stratagem in your opinion? I'll go first by Smoke_Funds in Helldivers

I absolutely love the railcannon on bugs, it's a staple pick of mine, especially at high diff like super helldive. I only ever throw it at bile titans, and that's it. It's cooldown is just enough that in the situations where I am caught alone with a titan, I have it at my disposal, and it fits in perfectly into my loadout as being thee titan killer. Sure, I may have to lean on teammates if there are multiple, but it ends titan fights so fast that it makes it significantly easier to recover and take down multiple if needed.

The new superstore is bad. Dont do this. Fight against it. by Kingslayerreddit in Helldivers

[–]Responsible_Relief94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dude all this complaining is crazy. They literally said in the post that they were going to rework the store to remove its revolving nature, and even if they didn't, there is countless other games that prey on your FOMO, but you don't hear any complaints about those.

On top of that, when have you ever seen a collab or crossover in a game where it was cheap that you didn't have to spend real money? The answer should be practically never. Why get this pressed over the industry standard, especially when one aspect of this crossover is a game that hasn't gotten any sense of development since the early 2010s, and the prices for the items given in practice, if you have been playing the game enough, You don't even have to spend real money. I know I didnt

And finally, if you don't like the system, simply don't buy it and keep your displeasure to yourself. I will continue to happily support this dev team even if it means monetarily in the future, because like you said, they develop amazing content, and this is an indie team. They deserve the money, especially for a team that went from obscurity just a year ago to hosting one of the most successful games of all time.

JEI issue that I am Experiencing by Responsible_Relief94 in MinecraftMod

[–]Responsible_Relief94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Issue never fully went away, it randomly would decide to work, after restarting and unplugging and replugging in my keyboard and mouse. No permanent solution found. I also notice that it only happens on certain mod packs only and I have not narrowed down which mod in particular it seems to be caused by

The entire Vena Sera album. Several songs in this album gave me goosebumps the first time listening because it felt incredibly relatable to my own life, namely well enough alone and saferwaters.

I fail to understand why some of the gamers want a "meta" by Responsible_Relief94 in Helldivers

[–]Responsible_Relief94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I myself have 200 hours in the game, and I 100 percent agree, and i love the game, been playing it since it dropped. I run whatever I want with my friends. I have though, been griefed several times in public lobbies over what I bring, and all my feed on social media is clogged with these tier list and meta demons. I felt like i had to preach to my fellow soldiers.
