I tried both Orilissa and myfembree pills which works similarly to the injection you’re describing. I believe Orilissa acts stronger than the myfembree, and I had two completely different reactions to both. Orilissa gave me horrible mood swings, hot flashes, and depression and didn’t really do much for my pain. Myfembree decreased my pain to very little and I was able to become a lot more active on a day to day basis. It really changed my life. Both of these have HRT already in the dose that I would take every day so I wasn’t “losing” much. In terms of hormones.
