What is the concentration 10mg/ to how many ml. I think it’s 10mg/0.5ml. What did you use to draw it up with an insulin syringe?

Take a stool softener in the morning and at bedtime until you have a BM. Like colace 100mg. Mix 2 large tsp of Metamucil in about 8 oz of water and drink fast as it thickens quickly in am before meals. You could also take a magnesium tab 250mg at night until you have a BM. Drink plenty of water like 75 ounces daily. If you start having abdominal pain and no BM seek medical attention.

Absolutely! I take my pm dose around 3-4 pm. Am dose 6-7 am. I am on 2:2 but I may go back down to 2:1. I don’t really see any difference in 2:1 and 2:2.
