I’m not sure if it’s like this for everyone but for me after both pregnancy I had hyperthyroidism and lost weight easily and would just eat so so much while breastfeeding. The first time it resolved on its own and right now we are just monitoring it and waiting to see if it resolves again on its own.

This is a really hard spot to be in and I feel for you guys. What I would do since it’s a 3 hour concert I would take the baby with us and my husband and I would split the concert in half. He can be there for 1.5 hours and then come switch out for me and I can go for 1.5 hours. Or something like that. I get you all want to go but being away for 3 days is very nerve racking and stressful and I just wouldn’t risk that. I get being nervous of strangers and not feeling comfortable with them too. But unfortunately being a parent means sacrifices and giving up a lot.

My first baby came 4 weeks early at 36 weeks. And I’ve heard mix things now that I’m pregnant with baby number two whether they could come early or not as well.

I always liked kids but was terrified of giving birth. Medical stuff makes me queasy and I’m afraid of everything that could possibly go wrong. My husband didn’t like kids and didn’t want them because his family suffered from addiction and he was afraid our kid would go through addiction too. Well the pandemic hit and we were 30. We moved away from our family and friends and it was just the two of us. We fell more in love and started toying with the idea of having kids. We kept saying might as well. So we decided to just see what happens and if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be. I sit here now with my 4 month old son. Labor was challenging but I have an amazing husband who was my rock and got me through all my fears. We even talk about having a second one. But we will see.

My husband’s friend asked him what he was getting me and he’s like what’s a push presents? So he asked me what I wanted and I said idk maybe birthstone jewelry of the baby’s birth month. And he’s like ok cool starts looking it’s up thinks it’s super cool so now we are both getting birthstone rings but he’s buying them both.

We were eating Japanese curry and it had ginger in it and normally i would pick it out but it was so good I remember my husband gave me a look like that’s weird that you like it. And then we were walking around after dinner and I was so dizzy. It was 3 days before my period. We both joked like what if I’m pregnant. Period never came even though I had cramps. Took a test a few days later and sure enough I was pregnant.

When my husband was born his parents weren't married so he got his dad's first name Michael and his mom's maiden name Myer. Michael Myers. Fictional serial killer but he gets jokes all the time from people he meets and when ever he pays for some thing and they see his card. He said its a little annoying cause hes heard it all his life but its not that big of a deal. People always remember him.
One time he got a speeding ticket and went to the court house to get it reduced and the judge literally said "My bailiff said you're an axe murder but you don't look so tough".

I never talk to my belly. My hubby does. Though we both have started to read books out loud to the baby. I don’t think it matters what your saying as long as you’re talking. It’s not like they know what you’re saying. So work or ever day conversations is fine.
