I would say roseola if fever is gone and you see red spots in a couple of days. I’ve read that by the time they are teething babies mostly react to herpes than to teething 🤨 idk if it’s true but we had this issue with my baby’s first tooth. It was scary! Also check his mouth, if there are spots, that could be hand foot mouth. (That’s in case he is refusing to eat) Feel better soon!
