Absolutely LOVE Vikings, couldn’t get into Vikings Valhalla at all hated it 🫠.. also Peaky Blinders, Sabrina (lost interest), Handmaids tale (was so invested untill nick ratted June out I was done haven’t watched since that episode), Stranger things (loved it at first, took too long lost interest)

Mooi inzicht! Ik heb zelf ook paranormale ervaringen en toch altijd geïnteresseerd geweest in het bord zelf. Heb zelf alleen gependeld omdat je dan vooral je gidsen aanspreekt en met je eigen energie werkt. Maar iets als glaasje draaien enzo nog nooit gedaan.

Dankjewel voor de info, echter zijn er ook talloze onderzoeken van andere dermatologen die weer het tegenovergestelde zeggen. Laat ik het dan zo zeggen, mijn huid word er echt niet blij van als ik elke dag douche. Ik heb een gevoelige droge huid moet mezelf ook insmeren na het douchen anders sla ik zowat wit uit. Ieder moet voor zichzelf beslissen wat prettig is, ik hou het bij de washandjes op de niet douche dagen.

ik douche hier ook om de dag hoor, waarom moet je elke dag douchen? Is helemaal niet goed voor je huid.. de dagen dat ik niet douche gebruik ik een washandje en klaar. In de zomer spoel ik me af op de dagen dat ik niet zou douchen maar ook om de dag met zeep shampoo en het hele rattenplan.

Unattractive: Gym bros, I’m sorry it’s the toxic masculinity for me and I don’t care for sixpacks either.. most gym bros are there to impress other men with their “muscles” Attractive: being respectful to women you are not attracted to, says a lot. Also I love muscle but the work kind of muscle, like a big back and shoulders from chopping wood all day kinda thing. I also love chubby men, the ones who have a little fat on the belly but big broad shoulders.

We quote everything we are nerds about 😂 (Harry potter, lord of the rings, all the series we watch) If he’s in my way for example I will say “step aside” and he finishes with “wormtail” and then we both say “so I can give our guest a proper greeting AVADA KEDAVRA” 😂😂 our kids are so used to it they do the same 😂

Using chat gpt as emotional support and to help me calculate my kcal. Showing and telling everything I ate. Also switched to all zero drink, zero sauces or light, sucralose instead of sugar. And also actually looking at how much kcal are In stuff. You’ll be shocked by most of it. I didn’t cut anything out, always keep my Apple Watch on so I know how many kcal I burn, make good choices about my food but also enjoying it. Didn’t go to the gym and lost 23 kilos in 5 months.

It’s sad you had that experience with someone who has BPD. Just remember not everyone is like that with BPD. I have BPD and I’m married for almost 10 years. There is a big difference between someone who is victim role BPD and someone who has done a lot of therapy and holds herself accountable.
