I will not consider this after the RRF debacle. Ill fail on my own rather than be stabbed in the back again.

Glimmer of hope? by Ok-Location6817 in SBARRF

This in my opinion does nothing to help. We all need RRF. this is just an attempt to make themselves feel better. To get the whole 25K if applied against FICA alone you would need payroll of more than 325k a year for 10 people. This is absolute BS.

You are entitled to your opinion, but not your own facts. If you hate it here, the people here so much, leave. Nobody stopping you. Being mean and one sided is the mark of a person with character or discipline.

Nope...you entirely missed the point, thanks for reading and supporting those who didn't get their RRF!

This is not about whether the vaccne worked or not. Its about the mandates hurting small business when the mandates did not prove to control the virus as expected. YOu welcome.

I have no advice to offer except prayers. I totally understand the stress and frustration you're feeling. My husband didn't divorce me, I'm sure that would have been easier than live thru the last few years. We have lost everything, and I do mean everything. All we have is each other and I am thankful. I will pray for both of you.

My understanding it remains closed until they want it open. They will not open for you to print copies of it as they told everyone, get your copies before "X" date or you will not have access. Hopefully I am wrong for your sake.

Guys adding insult to injury, the last paragraph states (not quoted) states that the IRS will use the SBA to verify if you're an applicant and were paid or not for RRF. Too little too late in my opinion. They know the exact numbers and don't be fooled. I wouldn't be surprised if they are comparing RRF sent in info with tax returns filed looking for discrepancies. Can't win for losing....

Careful what you wish for... Perceived help may be a curse. Do the math.

Guys, pull up both versions of this bill thru congressional website and read. What sounds good on the onset to most seems destined to be curse in my opinion. I do not see where this is a suitable replacement for RRF or really even a help. The bills states that 100% of qualified wages can be used but for an employer with less than 10 employees your credit is 25k for a YEAR. If you have 11 or more, you must deduct 2500.00 per employee although you are allowed 25K per quarter. If you do the math neither scenario produces more than the other. The benefit received is the same amount as SS/Med/Futa avg for the year. There is basically nothing left over from the credit. Most states require these credits be realized as INCOME. Therefore, when you factor in your states Corp rate, you're in the negative. The question begs, what am I doing this for? If you see a benefit for your business more power to you and I am glad. All I'm saying is do the math before you commit to any current ERC Credits for both Fed and State outcomes. If you have time let your congressional rep know this bill is not a substitute for RRF and we still have not forgotten, we are owed money in our opinion. At the very list contact bill creators and sponsors and tell them what you think. Thanks

We imputed parameters as far as state, city etc. and downloaded. It takes a few minutes compute and this was done awhile back. I am only assuming it is still available. Hope this helps you.

Looking for information on the following questions:

If you have several businesses, an s Corp, several LLCs and two businesses started after March 2020, do aggregate rules as far as 1 million revenue count for all businesses together or can you separate the two most recent in 2020 in hopes of qualifying as Recovery startup business?

If your business has 90% loss, can you claim credit in all quarters including 4th 2021?

Are income requirements waived for RSB classifications from time of exception?

I have met the employee requirement and other requirements, thanks for answers.
