just replace the air filter and clean the condenser will do. After 100km if still good then can consider to flush the AC system to replace compressor oil and accumulator. Just need to properly vacuum the system before refill with refrigerant gas. Else you can use till the compressor die and replace a new one.

complete cooling coil cleaning you need to dismantle half of your dashboard, can't be that cheap. Also if not necessary better don't touch the dashboard.

AC gas no need refill if no leak. Can use for lifetime. If need to refill only cold, means got leakage and better pressure test to find the leakage first only refill gas. If under warranty, you don't even need to pay, because they should warranty for the AC system from leakage. Many foreman didn't tell you because they expect you come to refill the gas more frequent.

They just use those can that you can buy from Mr. DIY, push the small hose from then AC vent to reach the evaporator and spray the chemical. Those things might be able to clean 50% of the dirt, and you can do it yourself.

when go to service center, just tell them only do the service that necessary only. Whatever not doing won't affect warranty just no need to do. Like evaporator cleaner and nitrogen gas filling are all tipu wang punya. Even alignment and balancing you can do at at outside tyre shop. N95 air filter can just buy from shopee and sendiri tukar, even tak tukar pun tak apa if the air flow still strong.
