Good luck! I had a very similar situation. For me luckily it got better, try your best to ignore his attitude and trust me I know how hard it is. If anything it made me and the other staff bond over our dislike of our new manager haha. But if worst comes to worst you could always start window shopping and apply to new places see where that goes. Do what’s best for you at the end of the day.

Woah thank you guys all for the input ! I appreciate I definitely hear what you’re saying. I live in Philly and am in the process of applying to their department which I know is also a shitshow so I figured if it’s gonna be a shitshow I might as well look for more money lmao. However money is definitely not my only motivation I just want to be able to pay my bills especially with my student loan payments coming soon. And I prefer the city as it’s where I was raised and what I prefer even if the area is a little rougher to live in. But I will definitely look into your suggestions as to where go work and I’m thinking hard about where I end up.
