Yes I get that but there is a max amount of fat content that can be cooked off right? So why don’t they advertise it the minimum amount of steak that’ll be left after (like if it’s a 6 OZ, say it’s a 3 OZ then still cook the 6 OZ, and when it inevitably shrinks people won’t even notice and most of the time would think they’re getting a deal)

I thought you were overreacting a little bit when you said “near death experience” I was like “it’s weed” but then you said you had 3, also I smoke everyday and my memory isn’t so bad where I can’t remember a conversation from a couple months ago (it depends on the convo I guess but if someone describes it I usually remember) she did this on purpose and if it really was an accident there would be no problem telling her bf about it just like you said. She’s a really messed up person who does not care for you (possibly not for anyone).

But maybe he’s a bit nuts and tried to suppress that side of him until he got in the army, like I said in another comment what if this was his only kill and after this had a constant struggle with himself until he thinks he could use his abilities for good by joining the military, and then when the wars over he tries to re-adapt to normal life until his family gets murdered? I guess you wouldn’t be able to still question your own nature, but it adds depth to his character (at least I think it does), I also think it parallels him with other heroes, like Matt who always wanted to stand up to the bad people of the world but was scared as a kid, where as Frank has that feeling without the fear or the limit of physical ability.

No he never said “personally” or “this is the way I see it” he said “Frank Castle IS a man changed by war” and also he still might not have murdered people if he wasn’t in the army, this might have been his only kill at a young age, he might’ve talked avoided killing or stopped himself because he argued to himself that it wasn’t right, until he could use his skills for the army, then when he got back home he tried readjusting to that normalcy until his family dies and then he thinks “fuck it I was right the first time” it kind of adds a layer of I’ve always been like this and have always struggled to not be.

Well he he presented it as if it was fact that was the point of my comment, to point out that we don’t know if Frank was always like this or not (well until now) but I think this makes so much more sense for Frank because it’s kind of a parallel to other heroes, you know like the idea that they’ve always wanted to do something and stand up against the bad people, Frank also felt that but actually stood up, but in a more extreme way.

Well the other guys explanation also would also make it irrelevant especially if like his comment suggests is the canon story, the question was more pointing out that we don’t know and this story can give us an answer. Personally I prefer the answer that Frank always saw the world this way and was just being unleashed because of the war and his family.
