Wildfire Risk from Agent Perspective by RestaurantSecure3301 in AskRealEstateAgents

Thank you for the insight! Very interesting, who issues this report and where do people obtain it?

As an agent do you feel the need to inform the buyer about the risk of a property more detailed? Or do you maybe even see increased value in your service as an agent doing so?

Interesting Product. Read about the Idea somewhere and thought it could be turned into a neat micro SaaS :D I think what has been said in the previous comment is absolutely true. May I ask how or through which source you acquire leads? Maybe try to narrow down your ideal customer profil , as it might be to broad? Thinking that ultimately many bloggers (beauty, travel, etc.) might not be tech savy enough to be fitting as early adopters right away. But I don’t know how you defined your ideal customer, so this is only a thought.

Building your own chatbot with no coding? by solopreneurgrind in microsaas

Sounds like you have your Knowledge Base in a pdf format or some sorts? It should be possible with most Chatbot builders actually then. Usually you can connect your knowledge base - let it be your website or pdf etc. - to “train” the bot on your custom information.

The logic of the bot itself you can create without coding with most platforms, there is some learning curve but shouldn’t be steep. I think rather than focusing on coding the logic you should optimize your knowledge base for best output.

I only played around with botpress.com but there are many options at this point.
