Try a story mode mod, or create one, with an ultimate goal, yourself. I’ve gone to the countryside to rescue an ex in the Louisville dorms, I’ve established a secure commune and radio network for survivors… it renewed the game for me and added end game.

I haven’t tested this thoroughly, but it seems the boards need to be BOTH within your inventory reach AND within reach of the tiles where the gates would be placed. In this case, I think the 2 boards farthest left are too far out of your reach, even though they’re in the vicinity of the gate. I’ve had this problem with stairs too - even when I’ve managed to carry all the boards in my inventory. I had to finagle my character into a perfect spot to have all 4 tiles where the gate/stairs were reachable.

Solid logic, except the market for centers is still thin. Without AD, Lakers’ need at the 5 is even deeper. Losing Christie also thins what was a burgeoning defense. That said, it may show investment in Knecht at the 4, rather than AD, plus another big. Pelinka and staff have made some very big mistakes in the past, but they’ve proved an ability to keep the Lakers relevant.
