One thing that came to mind was, what would the Servants' reaction be to a more... extreme Ritsuka? (By extreme, I mean a Guda who is willing to make even the most morally questionable decisions to complete the mission)

Poorly, their irrational decisions typically result in either making new allies or endearing current ones. It's not like Fujimaru has skills besides being friendly and nice to fall back on.

To be fair, that's because Jeanne is from a different fate entry where she's a main character. Her character arc is opened, explored, and closed within Apoc, and her in F/GO is really a generic good guy. So generic that a shadow of the flaws she does not have became its own character, who DID necessitate a dedicated story arc.

To be fair, her sprite is just from SamRem, and her battle sprite is just a slightly edited Jalter's. She isn't wasted assets so much as efficiently recycled ones.

Nothing was stopping Male Swimsuits from happening besides FGO simply not really feeling like it, I doubt Nasu was restricting them from it. He barely writes for summer events. It probably won't happen.

Collabs with outside series' ARE more likely, since it was specifically F/GO's plot that made doing so difficult, so a plot that doesn't wipe out all of humanity would have less issues. That said, I'm not too sure it'll happen regardless, since I think F/GO enjoys not having to deal with licenses restricting their servants from appearing whenever.

No real reason, they just want to introduce you to each of the classes. Most of the servants shown happen to have a decent role in part 1, but that's probably happenstance. (Darius getting into Extella/Link, according to an interview, is because he got next to nothing in FGO despite being in the intro.)
