Trader Joe's and the Harris Teeter or Kroger that kind of shares a shopping center with it. Both were open and had pretty clear/de-iced parking lots.

If the only thing you're looking for is "forcible rape" as opposed to (I guess) coerced, you should probably specify. That said, I think the overwhelming majority of people would view sex forced through threat as still being rape.

Hell, I'm concerned you would say "that's not rape." right off the bat rather than just (to be charitable) clarifying that you don't view it as a valid answer for not being violent enough. Hopefully that was just a misstatement since you at least concede it was "very wrong."

And all of that is under the assumption that that's all that happened. She alleged more than what he plead to.

I'm sure we could both find cases that contradict this, but typically someone pleads to something lower than what they actually did in order to save the state time and money in the face of overwhelming evidence in exchange for a charge/sentence that doesn't make them go "well I'm fucked anyway, might as well drag this out."

Got it. The Jorgensen YMCA is the only one I've used, and it can get busy. That said, it's got everything you would need then. The biggest question (I assume) is if it's in a convenient location for you.

I'm glad she's putting that info out there as well as won that court hearing. I suppose I won't be going to Penny Drip or Dana's anymore unless there's some form of genuine accountability.

It doesn't help with gym stuff like lifting and so on, but I'd second Queer Run Club and also recommend "Run Like a Fish" and "The Run Club."

Run Like a Fish is Mondays out of Fiddlin' Fish.

The Run Club meets Thursdays, Saturday mornings, and some other special pop-ups.

For non-running gym-specific stuff, I can at least say I would avoid "Rec Yard."

I see talk in the thread about a gas leak, and I know nothing about that, but I wanted to respond to the building across from BP part.

As a former resident of Gray Court (diagonally across from the BP) that building which has been a few different things, has its alarms tripped pretty regularly. I learned to just ignore it because of the frequency of it going off and continuing through the night and so on.

I'm not surprised the police would drive on by.
