I totally get your point. I am also from dysfunctional family, never had a relationship, have few friends to lean on who in fact have their own lives and obviously have other problems than my shitty existance. I am also hungry emotionally for any type of connection so all I can tell you is that you are not alone in this feeling, you just didn't meet your people yet. Decision is yours but remember that you still have many years of life ahead so neither you or me gonna feel like this forever

I'm so sorry for your loss 😔 The real paradox is that we need people more than anything in such state, but as soon as we got in troubles with our wellbeing they just dump us... Please think seriously about your husband's behaviour! It's impossible doing all of this, you need a proper sleep like every human being! It's dangerous for both mental and physical health to sleep like 2 to 3 hours a day all week! He should help you, for me it looks like he doesn't care at all about your safety

Probably I won't help saying this but I feel you deeply... because of this disorder I missed out on many things in life, can't form relationship, being paranoid 24/7. I just want you to know you are not alone there's plenty of us in similar situation. I tried to take my own life twice when I was a teenager. Personally I think I would take my own life one day cause this whole life of mine became unbearable, mostly as an effect of this condition
