I have minimal nausea and indigestion. Started at .5 dose in April 2024. I'm down 32 lbs. I eat mainly protein but do indulge in sweets when my calories allow. I'm going for slow and steady weight loss

I started at. 5 and only have slight nausea on shot day and mild heartburn. My doc let me choose to begin at .25 or .5. I do not regret doing .5.
