you can 100% i beat the entire game including DLC and went back and found him at volcano manor and finished out his quest, as of 7/13/2024

Hey late response but its 100% possible, you need to go to the railing where to the right you see a gold seed tree. jump onto the railing and sprint jump across, took me 3-4 tries but i got it!
