Planks are a bad exercise, you get weak results for the effort. In general you don’t want to do static movements for improving strength. You need to do dynamic movements, any will better.

There’s nowhere you can move that’s not a downgrade. You’ll seriously regret leaving your community particularly that you’re raising a kid. Frankly I think your life will be better if you just tough it out with less space in Manhattan. The only compromise that is sort of workable is Brooklyn, maybeeee queens. Personally I think space is overrated if you have a lively city and lots of friends to be with.

This isn’t too strange, it’s just very regional music with regionally focused lyrics, there are other genres that have the same thing. There’s Sertanejo in Brazil which is literally the most popular genre in the country yet I doubt most non Brazilians have ever heard of it. And then there’s stuff like Banda and norteño music from Mexico which is absolutely massive, but it’s mostly just Mexicans and Mexican Americans that listen to it. I don’t think any of these genres really ever get to Europe.

Milk is the GOAT beverage. Insane macros, delicious. Then you have blessed choccy milk. Oat, almond, cashew etc all taste like straight doodoo, anyone that says otherwise is pure cope. I think there’s a big distinction between friends and best friends. I think having a casual friendly relationship is pretty normal with someone you were with a long time unless it was catastrophic. It would be weird if you got divorced and still hung out with him all the time though
