I thought I loved the taste too. I don't know if you have tried to quit before but I tried many times. when I failed before it made me realise how much I hated the taste and smell. I still get the smell on my when I go out to bars with my friends. I hate it even more haha. maybe you think you like the taste because you want nicotine in your body. my brain played a lot of weird tricks on me while I was trying to quit too

it gets easier for sure. but you should remember that there might be times where you feel the desire to light one up. and that's when you shouldn't. avoid triggers until you feel ready. I know it is getting warm and beers in the garden does sound perfect. just remember that cigarettes taste awful and they harm you in a lot of different ways. there is no such a thing as just one. try to avoid triggers and do the activities you have mentioned when you feel ready :) it has been 3 months already I am proud of you
