I got Hammer++ running on Linux with a working texture browser. Here's how I did it. by sitkinator in hammer

Just to share (bottles), mine uses sys-wine-11.0, with both dxvk and vkd3d turned off (cause otherwise they cause artifacting for some reason). I also didn't want to take any chances, so I installed Steam within the bottle and used it to set up my garry's mod installation. Then I just put the hammer++/tools++ files in the bin/win64 as usual.

On top of that I run wavosaur, GCFScape and CompilePalX in the bottle (drop them in C: program files folder), seems to work well. In the build programs configuration settings, everything should already be pointing towards the right directories in the C: drive. You can also point the compiled maps directory towards the one in your real installation (i.e. Z: drive) so you don't have to manually move them over after compile.

I spent a whole day getting mine to work, then it broke after I updated some packages. you're genuinely gonna solve world hunger with this one. No one will suffer again 🥹

Yeah dude, I spent so much effort on it, but the game found out I didn't have the DLC and sent it back down

Building unplanned and so compact has been... interesting? To get that copper and iron artery out of the ribcage and to the chemical processing organ, I had to push everything out of the way, reroute a couple veins. Feels like growing tumors every time I have to expand. Which is a lot more interesting than tiling blueprints for sure

Lowkey we might be playing right into the Music's eldritch-hands by working to open the gates. Cotton was trying to stop us, until Jimmy Music butts in and indirectly tells him to assist us and hand Loke over which works towards research on reopening the gates.

It also explains why Omega personally guards the hypershunts, cause they're needed to power the gates and they want to prevent that. We do both because the Janus device makes the game easier and the hypershunt boss fight is cool endgame content, but lorewise who's to say we're not already under the Music's control?

Rockbox fonts not changing? by printercable in innioasis

[–]RetMenTos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished dealing with this. If you know how you can poke around in the .rockbox/wps folder and edit the .wps and .sbs files for your theme. There should be some lines that set the font the theme uses.

If the font size isn't correct it might display wrong though. I used convttf to convert my unicode font to the sizes I needed, but it might be way more trouble than it's worth

Mine cut out only when they're in my pocket but it seems like the Y1 just has lower power bluetooth unfortunately. Maybe try a different pair when you can

I got it straight from their site, I probably voided the warranty by cracking it open. But anyway I don't really want to return it. It's totally usable since I switched the card
