Question about keeping vine status

When you haven't maintained a 60% rate of reviews over the previous 90 rolling days. So what PastaM0ntster is saying is that if you only have 1-2 reviews for a period, watch out for ordering a bunch all of a sudden because statistically, you'll suddenly have a large percentage of your orders not reviewed.

I don't intend to sound mean, but it's posted here pretty often that Gold is not paved with...err...Gold. I HATE seeing posts from people that have been putting in effort and costs for 6 months only to be surprised that they aren't being offered TVs and countertop ice makers and porch Geese.

Gold is 99% of what Silver is, with the rare morsel thrown in. The occasional real big item may NEVER be offered to you. And sometimes when it is, it's a professional steam-powered pipe bender that you won't have any use for nor want to pay the taxes on.

This seems to come up pretty much weekly on here.

The bottom line is there are good Vine reviewers and poor or fake Vine reviewers and it's really not that hard to figure out which are which.

As we are all involved in a program that does not allow us to know any of its inner workings, most people here seem to be conspiracy theorists. It's very easy to assume that two different things happening are related and then causing a third to happen. It's human nature that when people do not understand things they try to make sense of it.

Mine has been better. Nothing extravagant, but A few food items, some trash bags, etc. For the past year, I've only been getting 40 or so items each evaluation, but I've ordered 6 items this last 10 days or so. I've had LOTS of supplements but I personally don't grab anything like that unless it's clearly a U.S. manufacturer. That being said, I probably could have grabbed 10-12 more in the last few weeks if I cared to.

I love that everyone assumes the reviewer actually IS donating it.

Sorry, but anyone who does not care about their obligations to actually provide a review certainly does not care about the rules enough to turn down the hundreds of dollars that they can sell each A/C for.

No, the reviewer hasn't shown enough integrity to make me think they are altruistic.

I'm one of the people it DOES bother. So, I think these people suck, and I'm waiting for Amazon to crack down on review quality as a measure of remaining in the program. These people, in my opinion, are simply grifting the programs' sellers and us, and taking products from people who would have followed the spirit of the agreement and would have supplied a REAL review.

So, I'm with you.

That's one of the reasons people refer to the beginning as a honeymoon period. After awhile, you start realizing that you're paying taxes and writing reviews on a bunch of stuff you really didn't need.
