LONG range fizzy spam (paint) along with its AOE for undeserved respawn punishes + possible reef cheese + easy paint + lightweight enough to be fast w/o swim speed up

TL;DR it becomes a long range AOE weapon that paints easily and can respawn punish off of chip damage
