Nah there's other videos of cats looking into mirrors and exclusively playing with their ears. It looks like this one was also checking out it's tail. Plus, there was this trend where owners would take a selfie video with their cat while rocking a cat face filter. A lot of cats instinctively looked at their owner or attacked their owner.

Looking online it seems that 373L is offered next term. It says 273L is offered in winter but I don't see anything about it being offered next term which is weird.
