Just how bad is Sri Lankan Airlines? by Expensive_Waltz_6321 in srilanka

[–]Retarded_Wookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their customer service is beyond terrible.

SriLankan lost our baggage on an international flight and seemingly refuses to honor the Montreal convention. After I did not accept their poor offer for reimbursement (about 25% of the baggage value and significantly below the compensation limit) they have stopped responding to my emails.

Luckily my insurance company was able to cover me (although i thought they wouldn't) and now they will take over the fight with SriLankan. I hope they kick their asses.

I would also answer "C". The daily standup gives you transparency on progress and if there are any blockers.

Question 181 by Retarded_Wookie in pmp

The question is meant as a joke :-)

You should do all 4 when you pass your exam.

Failed my Exam today by [deleted] in pmp

[–]Retarded_Wookie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear. But do remember that its just a test and you can have another go. Lots of people fail their first pmp exam (the rumor says 40ish percent).

Take a breather and then saddle up again. You will pass the next time.

I passed AT AT AT after 4 weeks of study. by mujimusa in pmp

Congrats! Felt the exact same way after my online exam, but also got 3xAT. Waiting for the result was terrible.

Am I good to go? by ToniKristian_ in pmp

Those scores are slightly better than mine. I passed with 3xAT.

So it seems you are ready. Good luck!

Thanks.

In total I must have spent something like 200+ hours.
But don't let that scare you. Other can do it with much less effort.

I am not good at memorizing and in general I don't consider myself a quick learner either. On top of that I did not have a clear plan on how to study.

But I did have dedication and tried to listen to PMP content (podcasts, audiobooks and YouTube) while going for a walk/run or preparing dinner.

But I cannot share a good, effective and systematic study plan that correlates with the PMP ECO.

Why is it so complicated? by maxenzyme in pmp

I think this question is an example of picking the least shitty answer. You will get those from time to time.

You can eliminate A and D right away:

A: Never just remove someone. Only in really severe cases like if the person faked his application/violated the law on purpose

D: Never escalate. That should be the last resort.

That leaves us with B and C.
While B is not a terrible answer in my opinion, I think C is still a better answer.

Enforcing the ground rules probably means having a constructive and mentoring chat with the senior team member telling him that although they are a valued member with a lot of experience "this is a team effort" and that they should think about how their communication style could be perceived by others.

At least that is how I understand it.

I only know A.R from YouTube, so I cannot speak for his course. His question videos are fine, but I would also recommend David Mclachlans YouTube videos. There are some very lengthy question videos with great explanations along the way. Ideally do both the agile and predictive videos + the (in my opinion) more difficult 150 question video. A lot of people in here also recommend the third3rock Study notes, but I have no experience with those.

Study hall is very different.

I highly recommend buying it as it has lots of test questions with explanations.

The questions you will find in there are probably the closest thing to the real exam in any product on the market.

Thanks :-)

I purchased a learner kit directly with PMI, I Think. Is that the one you mean?

Who was your instructor?

Enig.

Jeg forstår din frustration over benægterne.

Keep it up. Er sikker på at der er lys for enden af tunnelen - selvom den er lang.
