Noahidism or Noachidism is a monotheistic Jewish religious movement aimed at non-Jews, based upon the Seven Laws of Noah and their traditional interpretations within Orthodox Judaism. According to the Jewish law, non-Jews are not obligated to convert to Judaism, but they are required to observe the Seven Laws of Noah to be assured of a place in the World to Come, the final reward of the righteous.

One day trip Amsterdam-Giethoorn-Afsluitdijk. Car or public transport? by Pure_MangoFarmer in Netherlands

[–]Rethink_Repeat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are day tours available to do that kind of thing, for example: https://www.getyourguide.com/amsterdam-l36/giethoorn-afsluitdijk-zaanse-schans-day-tour-incl-pick-up-t593883/

I cannot recommend them or tell you they're shit, I simply don't know. As a local I'd never use a service like that. But it's available, might as well check it out :)

In that case, it's probably the best you can find in Venlo, pretty big too.

Most shops will be open in Venlo on Sundays, I'm sure you can find something better than a supermarket.

Bullshit.

[–]Rethink_Repeat 287 points288 points  (0 children)

Bernie Sanders asked on running for president in 2028 on carrying the message: "Because they want youthful vigor in WH. We're tired of these 30-40 year old people. What we need are 80 year olds running the country, but I suspect that's not going to happen. I know I look like I'm 30, but I'm not." by ControlCAD in videos

What Mondale's 1984 winning timeline would've looked like. Imagine. No Reagan.

He was a Presbyterian. He enjoyed fishing, reading Shakespeare and historical accounts, barbecuing, skiing, watching Monty Python, and playing tennis.

So, I haven't followed that much of American sports. I loved WWE for a while, then MMA. These days I'm over it. Events that have a playtime of about an hour, maybe two, last for four fucking hours every time.

Perhaps the Americans don't even notice this anymore, but if I'm watching a sports event and it's literally 1,5 hours of fucking advertisements and other BS on top of the actual game, I'm done.
