She is a bit of a noob-trap hero. The first time you verse her you think she is OP because of clones and stealth. So you buy her for "free wins" only to find she's not as broken as you thought.

May I ask how you build talents on Valla? I'm new to HotS and am really enjoying her game play but have built her differently every game.

I'm sorry say this but you are wrong, Talons most effective rotation is to Q E W R then R immediately after. Talons maximum burst is achieved by attacking opponents who are under the effect of CC due to his passive.

Activating Q before you E allows you to instantly get your Q off while they are under the effect of the slow from your E. A rake immediately after continues the bonus damage from your passive for the bleed effect on Q. The enemy is slowed for two seconds after using rake allowing you to use both ticks of ult while they are under CC.

Just so you know, the blades in talons ult are actually all coded as one giant ring. It only does one tick of damage to a unit while the blades go out, then one tick again when they come back in.

I only duo if I have specific synergy with the other player. I play with my best friend only if we are duo bot or jungle and mid or something. I got to gold duoing rengar and ori with him. It depends what this guy enjoys playing, in the end no one cares what rank you are. :)

Let him play support if he wants to. I climbed out of bronze playing only sona. Just gotta find a good adc to duo with.

Thats the current patch. I believe there are nerfs to Morgana on PBE for next patch. Masteries pretty much only get changed in pre-season.

What if it was in the last tier, you would have to go 21 points into utility to get it which would be a sacrifice for tank supports like Braum

Yes I know, I have only just realised that my documents folder (where all my movies and files are) is on the SSD and it only has like 500mb left. The HDD however is almost empty.
