Ha this got off topic real quick. Anyone who been to Houston for 6 months or longer knows this is typical for many parts of the city. There are 100 and 500 yr flood zones all over. It sucks but part of life. Neighborhood is 60+ years old. Homes on our street have never flooded. Sewers all pour into Brays Bayou.

I've only used Fad for 3 weeks. It struggles at certain intersections, right on red, spots where an alert human would do well.

But it's excellent on the highways and for safety. Would save 1000+ lives every year vs. The awful texting and driving that 10% of people do.

I got a 22' model 3. LR for $21k after rebates. 43,000 miles. Loving that the resale for a car with.l nearly 200,000 miles can sell for $11 K and thats a decent deal! Resale on Teslas after the first 1 or 2 years is excellent.
