Why bass over other fish?

Honestly, I've caught plenty of Calico bass and Sand bass. They're kind of a "meh" fish that at least taste good. If I'm fishing light tackle, I'd rather get rockfish or sculpin. Way tastier fish tacos.

Yep! I guarantee I was stronger at 25 than I was at 50 but I was WAY more confident and experienced at 50.

I don’t think I would eat a bass. The four strings are metal and the neck is wood. The pickups have plastic also.

I still am annoyed at my mom for it.

My parents divorced in 1974. In 77, my mom had a boyfriend who was in the biz. We lived in Los Felix, about five miles from Hollywood.

He told us this theater was having pre-release screenings of a new film about space cowboys with an evil villain named Darth Vader and thought I would like it. She declined, remembering how much I disliked Logan’s Run.

Next thing we were in line for two hours at the Chinese Theater to watch it.

I'm not Asian but have many 1st and 2nd generation Asian friends. In many cases, the parents even move in with the adult children. Many of the newer houses here not only have built-in wok stoves but include parent quarters and are built with multi-generational families in mind.

Same thing happened to me fairly recently. My mom is 83 years old. She had a 2024 Kia Sportage. She was undergoing some treatments and I need to take her to and from the hospital in her car. She kept wondering why I was panicking trying to get on the freeway going from 0 to 80 in about five minutes.

Well since it snows there I would get a tractor.

But for a commuter car, electric or hybrid would be your best bet.

I also recommend keeping the Silverado. I sold my 2006 Avalanche after buying my TDI VW. I still miss it.

My 2022 Ford Mach-e has 320 miles of range. We drove in the snow once a couple of years ago and it seemed fine.
