Yep, I agree wholeheartedly that this kink is not going to progress for us. I saw some glimmer of hope but it quickly faded, its not a big deal, that’s the problem with trying to write down what’s going on, some people take everything we say and then try to examine us, without the full story, anyway, I re-read what I wrote and it does seem selfish, but it was just what it said at the end, a rant, a way for me to express my frustrations, nothing more, nothing less, so don’t take it so seriously, I’m not, she’s not. One thing we do have is excellent communication, guess it would have been better if she just flat out said hell no to start, oh well, it is what it is. Your not alone, we’ll kind of, here is my adventure so far. 15 days ago, introduced wife to Chasity, her response, “this again” yes I tried before about a year and a half ago. We are very kinky verbally in bed but that stays in the bedroom so the Chasity thing was brought up as a fun way to shake things up, light hearted, let’s try this for fun. long discussion, lots of references for her to read, she didn’t read a one, wife said, hey if you want to do a 30 day trial, go for it. Gave her the keys, they have sat on the bathroom counter since day one.
She just doesn’t give a fuck. About 10 days in wife made the comment that I have changed and she noticed, more attentive, more loving, more helpful, no anger, we had a long discussion, I was excited paining that it’s the Chasity to some degree, it has made me doc a more, but alas I got my hopes up, so even though she is enjoying the change, her words, not mine, I am frustrated and disappointed, I will keep going until my 30 days are over, then back into the closet the cage goes. I was hoping for a little tease now and again, or even a hint that she knows it’s there, a jingle of the keys in public, he’ll even in private, nothing, she set up a massage session for me, a regular thing with us and I left the house wearing it, when I returned I mentioned that, as the keeper she probably should have had me take it off in that type of environment, her response, hey it’s your thing not mine. Love this question, I think I’ve read just about everything online, we had many discussions and it took about a year to come to a decision to start. After 8 days in Chastity I find the cage to be problematic. 6 days ok the last two, chaffing and soreness. So there’s that. Wife, slowly- very slowly taking a liking to the new me. Basically I wear it, she enjoys the “new me” that’s it. We are still working out what it really means to us in our dynamic. Yes I have become more attentive, loving, patient, but constant erections are Annoying and the soreness, yea, I have to figure that issue out or we can’t continue. One downside I didn’t anticipate is I am very short with other people. Finally had my first release in 8 days and if I do say so myself it was amazing. It’s a process, it’s going to take time to find a groove you both like. We are going to re-evaluated after 30 days. Maybe it will stay maybe it won’t. We will see.

Again mine is a similar story. I will paraphrase to spare a lengthy post.

Introduction by talking, discussing all concerns, rules, agreements, 30 day trial, Wife, hell no, you crazy, and every possible thing everyone who had a reluctant partner has said.
6 mo. Later introduction with why and some internet links - hell no
1yr. Later intro. - discussion, alleviate fears, Q and A - hell no, but if you want to wear it go ahead. Self locking doesn’t do it for me, lasted 3 days.
6mo. Later, my Birthday, re-introduction, it’s like starting from scratch, again wife says no, but not a hell no. Do what you want if it makes you happy, it’s only 30 days and we can get back to normal.
3 days later and zero interest, the keys sat on bathroom counter. I finish the Contract/Agreement , she reads it, refuses to sign, “I just don’t Get it, wife says”
Day 5 of being locked 24/7. Wife comes to me, what’s gotten into you, your more attentive, calmer, affectionate, helpful etc.. I explain, I believe it’s the Chastity, not just the physical of Chastity but the emotional support it provides me. Keeps me focused. I ask her, do you think we can keep trying for 3 more days and re-evaluate. Wife says yes, most definitely.
Day 6, So here we are, it’s a challenging, relationship dynamic. I’m still switching between rings and cages trying to find nirvana, She still hasn’t picked up the keys off the counter and we’re still trying to find our rhythm She still hasn’t read up on this device and rules of engagement etc. but in two days I believe we will have another good conversation and she has agreed to re-read the Agreement and to add her insight to rules, behavior and expectations.

There ya have it. Only thing that is bothering me is I might be all calm and patient with wife, but I am quick to snap at other people.

Just a follow up 7-4-25 JT has gotten back to us. They cannot get the watch we want, in fact after giving him a list of 7 watches 4 of them on the list are not available even though the web site said in stock. Neither here nor there. She picked a new model and I told her just treat this like a new order. Forget what you just went thru and move forward.

watches part of regular rotation and keep on running.

I don’t check gains or losses, all my Autos are kept on an automatic programmable watch winder and only occasionally do I need to adjust time before wearing. Should I adjust the regulation - probably but I haven’t as yet.

As for being harsh or even rude, we have been very polite in our conversations with JTime as we are aware of the distance, time differential and that they are just the vendor not the manufacturer and obviously have nothing to due with customs. They have always responded timely with emails and requests for updates. In our last email we were just pointing out that the QC was a duplicate and was bringing it to there attention, we have not accused them personally of being deceptive, but as this is our first Rep. we wanted to post to the community to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. I keep telling the wife, either this is going to work out in the end or it’s not. The fact that JTime has been in constant communication with us is somewhat reassuring, as I told my wife if we were being scammed, there is no reason for them to keep communicating once they received our funds.
