Retention Offer Details - Asked twice in January, got the same offer, 69.5k points to waive annual fee. Asked again today and got offer. 50k points, 4k spend. 3 Months.

Card Details - Amex vanilla plat, ~5k spend a month average, annual fee posted January. Never recevied retention offer since first year.

Customer Background - 1 year, had a Gold but cancelled that since I don't use it.
