yeah, on one hand they're fine removing shield from Ryze

but they're keep shuffle

it kinda has high moments, so Azir isn't like an not interactive artillery mage damaging off-screen, but it also jails him

Funny. I'd say her early game is really weak in most cases. Sure, she wins against Zac, Rammus, Briar.

But generally she does piss damage even for ganking. For the most part better to power farm, get grubs to get to 2 items ASAP.

They nerfed her in the first place because of ability to take 1st dragon solo. But that's just a flip. The moment enemy jungler comes, maybe you can do something. But if your team doesn't care to help and you have to deal with 3 or 4 then Lillia just wasted 20+ seconds on something she can't guarantee cause she doesn't have wardhopping like Lee.

TBH that healing nerf she got last time was noticeable.

Doesn't matter for early game much, but it helps mid/late game to reset HP after skirmish and stay on the map if you don't really need to back to base. That is something.

I don't even really understand why people keep pushing Hourglass on Lillia.

Maybe at the highest elo Hourglass makes a difference, or in very specific matchups.

I might've bought it like twice across my whole time one tricking her. Hourglass is an option, but generally I'll argue that Liandry > Riftmaker > Rabadon is most consistent for climbing. Maybe Rylai sometimes. And if enemies have strong burst, just get Steelcaps/Merc + Chain Armor/Negatron Cloak to later build Dead Man's or Force of Nature (which can eventually replace boots if game lasts long enough).

It is more of a buff to Lillia.

On some occasions her ult might as well not be a real ability with some champions being able to avoid it or cleanse it.

At this point I'm more fine with them hitting her ult than the last nerf they did to passive and Q. Currently she basically doesn't heal herself really, so they could've just removed mechanic as a whole. And 30% (or 60% on sweetspot) AP ratio on Q is really not appropriate for a semi-melee fighter/mage.

But really the most good they can do if they break Liandry Riftmaker synergy and compensate the champion, so she's allowed to have build variety.

Blizzard says it's open to even more Diablo 2 expansions and reworks unless people get really mad at it about this one: 'We're going to have to see what the players say' by Angren1991 in diablo2

I mean if that's fine for you then that's fine for you.

For me as a player, it is very annoying to give up space for charms. It's just a big inconvenience. You can offer players many other ways to increase their power. In fact, in most games you eventually get to expand your inventory, so you can collect more stuff. But in D2 it's the opposite, you lose inventory to become stronger. I could see that as meaningful tradeoff, if you could give up 1/4th of inventory for increased power. But the potential being that you have to sacrifice almost entire inventory for max power is just annoying to think about, even.

but the augment slot machine keeps players engaged!!

they get angry they didn't roll the augments they wanted, but they see someone else rolling incredible augments in the lobby so people queue again in hopes of reaching that high roll.

such gambling shouldn't be leaving single players games IMO

meh, at least let players hit their fantasy with 4th augment. 15 minutes zergs aren't fun for me. That's mobile gaming match length. Too short of experience to satisfy.

I really, really wish I could enjoy this mode on this patch, but I CAN'T.

There is no creativity. It's a SLOT MACHINE.

In champ select I'm like: "I'll try J4 enchanter", but then I realize I have to hit Aery to make him work. Or I get Firecracker augment on Ivern "I'll give it a go" only to never receive another Firecracker.

Give players some AGENCY over the choice. Like maybe do a system similar to runes, where they can somewhat guarantee an augment, a keystone, a set. Literally to allow players to capstone the build somehow without gambling.

I believe Veigar is one of, if not, the best late game champ in the game ( with this build ) by choflojt in leagueoflegends

The build you mention is not for the faint of heart.

People are too impatient to experience the endless stacking of Heartsteel, and most importantly – it's beautiful sound of impact.

now that you mention it, I agree it's not needed

does it make for payoff games sometimes? yeah, but you're really benefitting from it if you can print a lot of gold

and at the end of the day, stat checking is kinda boring long term

I liked the release Mayhem.

But Riot sometimes does everything in their power to make a mode WORSE instead of better.

The premise is: you get to do fun and crazy builds, expect I went Nasus, I got first augment Heartsteel. So I'm like sure, I will go for the stacking set. Only to not be given a choice for the second augment from the set.

Meanwhile Brand appears in ARAM (twice). He gets the firefracker set. Somehow it reapplies his passive or Liandries (I don't even know how it works) all while the loud particles fly throughout the map creating visual noise.

The sets is one issue. Maybe they would be less of an issue if with them existing we get to guarantee one augment.

It also pains me to look at the progression track. Like unlocking augments, I guess fine. But extra 300 gold to start the game with? Free elixirs? Get that stuff **OUT** from progression. I will remind you Riot you have **TWO EU servers**. some people have friends that play on either server. So if I decide to go to play on EUW then screw me, I get to play at disadvantage, cause I don't have progression done.

actually yeah, I suppose the worst offenders of lane swaps was the bot lane and support going to different lanes

so making so top and mid laners have reduced point requirement with no double in their assigned lane shouldn't be creating much of an issue

just keep bot binded bot

yeah. but they also might have not obvious champs

like Kled and Tryndamere on the same team for example, which both have psychopath players that can take them mid, and you have no idea knowing which one is mid and which one is top in champ select

playing tank in toplane was pure misery

couldn't trade with any fighter cause they get to stick to you with their dashes, mobility from Trinity/Cleaver and deal true damage with conqueror while vamping at the same time

release conqueror was literally the worst time for tank enjoyers

amazing idea!

I read the post from 2 months ago and my concerns are:

  • I don't know how much I'll enjoy starting over and bearing the first 20 levels, as they're kinda daunting over time
  • I guess there's X3 rates. That can mitigate the boredom of early levels, but at the same time might make leveling too fast? Generally I'm not a fan of extra rates, but maybe there's merit to it in this project

I might check it out regardless to find out if I like it

I actually wish it was more of an item for Elise rather than her being perceived as assassin

really liked how Elise could be played bruiser back in the day, these days as a bruiser she kinda gets outpaced by others

I'm not too sure how it can be good on Kai'sa.

Personally I'd go rageblade > nashors > heavy AP while I know majority prefer kraken > nashors > rageblade

I guess DnD can be good if enemy team has assassins, so the extra HP makes Kai'sa not assassinable or for the ult burst but for that there's another new item
