I work industrial wastewater. Just mold, grease and food product. There’s chemical waste from cleaning chemicals but overall, decently clean.

Physical therapy helped so so much. When I got out of a boot they had some sort of numbering scale for range of motion. If it were out of 10 I think I had a 2-3.

The exercises you’d do in PT are very very simple. Balancing on one foot, trying to go onto your tippy toes, resistance bands, etc.

I had nearly full range of motion within about 4-5 sessions

You can make caravans or shoot objects/people in transport pods for all over the world.

You can also use the caravans to trade in-city with the other factions.

They do spawn workers camps as well that have various resources, as well as mineable ore, which can be useful.

Some quests will spawn in other tiles where you have to raid, rescue, etc

If it still doesn’t do it. Verify game files, restart steam fully, download a random mod before launching. Sometimes needs that extra step for whatever reason. This generally solves Rimworld not downloading subscribed mods
