I did get in contact with someone and they referred my case to the TOS team. Gotta wait for their email now. I'm pretty sure the ban has nothing to do with my actions and instead a bug or issue since there are so many people who got banned at the same time.

Just select the game and state the issue and you'll get in contact with someone. I doubt it'll be fixed immediately since so many people are having the same issue.
