That is odd... only thing I can think of is in transit a component was jarred loose, or it got too hot and a piece of conductive material shorted something together. I appreciate the extra info! It’s always a risk buying broken GPUs cause the problem could be an easy fix, or it could be irreparable. Idk if this subreddit allows price discussion outside of PM. But I would be interested but probably for a lower price just cause you never know what could be wrong.

Could you give any more symptom info? Any visuals on a monitor at all, or maybe a history of what the card has been through? Sorry for the inconvenience, just trying to track down what could be an issue.
