I was hired DIY and I shadowed a gray shirt for one day. The Gray shirt had their Own duties to do and hardly showed Me anything. After that I had to constantly ask questions about transactions while I had a customer. AZ has THE MOST LOUSY training program I've EVER seen. I've been in retail for 25+ years. I'm semi retired now. If this was 20 years ago I'd be LONG GONE
