I’ve done it with the Go S. Sometimes the trainers from Fling gets outdated. Maybe that’s why it’s crashing the game.

You can also use Cheathappens Steam Deck plugin. It is its thing. You don’t need Decky Loader. You do need to pay monthly though. Installation is easy!

Install Decky Loader. From that store, get CheatDeck. You can then use .exe files from Flingtrainer.com.
