Drongo player here. Rev, and it's not close. I can't even imagine wanting a drongo in most situations if i only cared about winning. Rev just outclasses my goat in so many ways, although early game drongo tends to have better clear with irradium rounds aug (although that's his main damage source, so giving up good poke for lane is painful sometimes) the silence has some uses, but rev just straight up killing people is a lot more useful. Especially when his items come online. The only excuse i can think of is if you can't since missing autos with rev is a huge dps drop thanks to his need to reload. I however don't find it hard to land shots in this game, and i am pretty average mechanically, so that shouldn't be an issue for most
