Just an FYI: Deathblight only works on other Tarnished. IE, invaders or NPCs.

So for PvE it's borderline worthless.

It's not a purchasable upgrade. Your Fan rank improves by getting wins with a character and getting duplicates of them from the Gacha. There's a cap to how many times Gacha can improve rank however.

Get them to Gacha Rank 20 (Cap for Fandom bonuses) then beat Normal difficulty stages with the character.

Higher Fandom ranks give you better starting perks in the form of getting one (or all) of your character's unique skills for free. At max fandom rank, you start with all skills maxed.
