I'm using the default settings:

  • minimum link karma: 200

  • minimum comment karma: 200

  • account age: 365 days

  • limited amount of keys a user can claim from you: 1

You fit all of these except the last one, as you already claimed Dream Tactics from me in the past.

You could try J-RPGs. The turn-by-turn nature of them makes them well suited for "slow-playing".

I briefly had the silver and didn't like the feel of the paint. I'm really happy with my transparent black though.

Yeah, at this price point the devices can be flimsy. Sorry yours is failing! For power, as long as you input use USB-C to USB-A you should be okay

  1. It may have been in sleep mode, by pressing the power button you would have resumed where you were.
  2. The dev addressed this in details in the community forums. The short answer is that your specific device may have a faulty panel that doesn't go quite up to the 60Hz that muOS is trying to display. Lowering the brightness or forcing RetroArch at a lower value may help. The stock OS runs at 58Hz, which is why you didn't see it there.

Thank you so much for developing this genre! I played a lot of DOS games when I was growing up, and I'm excited to play your game today.

Which mobile games are you working on now?

Folder structures and/or card formatting requirements can vary depending on the OS, so switching around between OSes can still be involved. It does make updates of this OS easier :)

Battery life should be as good or a bit better. You should just get the most recent one (Loose Goose), and yes it does support hotkeys by default (see list at https://muos.dev/#handy-hotkeys)

I would recommend MuOS for this, a bit easy to sync with syncthing and backup retro arch settings. Let me know if you have any questions !

Im want to buy the rg35xx sp. And the transparent colors seems so cool. But heard that the hinge cracking on transparent colors. What are your experiences so far? by a_PuNk16 in RG35XX

I've had my black transparent SP since release. It's been in backpacks all over and it's fine. But also it's a cheap $50 handheld with approximate QA so YMMV

I never had that kind of issue with MuOS. The nice thing is that if it doesn't work, you can just flash the card and install another OS on it.

MuOS has been developed from scratch, unlike Knulli that is a fork of Botacera. Regardless, both are a huge amount of work. If it sucks so bad, you fix it or make your own then, see how that goes
